Mold Release

A paintable mold release which may be used for metal die molding, thermoset plastics, epoxy resins, nylons, and polyethylene in a non-chlorinated formulation. Will not interfere with post-finishing operations; parts can be painted, stenciled, hot stamped, glued, plated, or otherwise decorated. Resists crazing and stress cracking. Will not mar clear polyethylene, polystyrene, or other plastics. Meets FDA regulations. Withstands temperatures up to 500ºF (260ºC) on substrate. This is the most versatile non-silicone mold release available. Use on plastic wrap cutting equipment, compression molding, fluorocompound, gaskets and seals for tank closures, toy and furniture manufacturing, urethane, epoxy resins, polyesters, and polystyrenes.

This paintable mold release will not interfere with parts to be painted, adhesive bonded, heat-sealed, heat-stamped, or laminated. Non-chlorinated formula. This product can be painted with all types of solvent-based paint, enamels, and lacquers.

An effective light-duty release agent for all types of materials, including wax, ceramics, plastics, T.F.E., and rubber. Spray any-way valve for application in any direction. A non-staining, non-corrosive formula that will perform at temperatures between 40°F and 550°F (4°C and 288°C) on substrate. It is safe on rubber, wood, metals, and most plastics. Applies in any direction for hard to reach applications. It meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 181.28 as a release agent in the manufacture of food contacting material. Parts release agent for plastic injection molding using ABS, PC, acrylic and other plastics; blow mold and compression mold; and extruders, castings, wax, rubber and other applications requiring effective parts release.
